# Manage Subscription

> Learn how to cancel, renew, or make changes to your MinkMap subscription.

You can view and manage your MinkMap subscription directly from the platform or by contacting support.

## Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time using either method below:

* **In the platform**: Go to your account settings and select **Cancel subscription**.
* **By email**: Send a cancellation request to [contactus@minkmap.com](mailto:contactus@minkmap.com).

  Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to MinkMap until that date and won't be charged again afterward.

## Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you're on a monthly plan, you're billed every month. If you're on a yearly plan, you're billed once per year.

To stop auto-renewal, cancel before your next billing date.

## Pricing changes

MinkMap may update its pricing from time to time. When this happens, you'll receive at least 15 days' notice by email or in-app alert before the new price takes effect.

  Continuing to use MinkMap after a pricing change takes effect is considered acceptance of the new price.
</Note>
